WHAT'S THE CATCH?

There' no catch, NO recurring billing, and no hidden costs. We charge a minimal fee which covers our administration, and processing fee's. You will notice we have a number of non-free items on our site too. We market our free items in the hope that you (the customer) will love our products, and come back to buy some of our non-free items. That's how we stay in business:). We are able to provide this service by dealing directly with the manufacturer, and cut out the middle-man. This allows us to offer the most competitive prices!

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Our fulfillment center is currently overseas. Our shipping time is around 3 weeks on average. In some cases shipping may take less than that and in some cases it may take longer than 3 weeks if the package gets hung up in customs on its way into your home country. For order tracking, click here.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Most of our items will be coming from our overseas fulfillment center. Please refer to https://nonpareiljewelry.com/pages/order-status for order tracking.

I ORDERED MORE THAN 1 ITEM, AND I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM, WHY IS THAT?

If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package.  Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / ADDRESS, CAN I?

Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made.  We process orders the same day they are placed.  If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at admin@nonpareiljewelry.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change.  If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order.  In that case, you can send the wrong item to our corporate offices and once received we can send out a corrected item.
